Terms of sale

Last updated 7 October 2026. These terms cover the keys and subscriptions sold on this site. They do not replace the licence that ships with the software: that document governs your use of the program, and where the two meet, it is the stricter of the two that applies to use.

Who you are buying from

BizTransit Sdn Bhd (Company No. 891234-X), Level 28, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Everything on this site is sold by that company and no other.

Payment is taken by Stripe. Where Paddle handles a sale instead, Paddle acts as merchant of record for that transaction: it is the seller on the invoice and it remits any tax due. Either way, the contract for the key or subscription is with BizTransit Sdn Bhd.

What you are buying

• A licence key for the launcher, for the term the product page states. It is issued to the machine count shown when you buy, and the key is shown to you once, at the end of checkout.
• A subscription, where one is offered, for the plan and billing interval purchased. It renews until cancelled; annual billing is a year paid up front, not a monthly right to cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and are set by the checkout server, not by the page you clicked.

The free trial

A fresh installation runs the full paid feature set for 14 days with no key at all. The trial starts the first time you launch, not when you install, and it is per machine. Nothing about it requires an account, an email address or a network connection.

Refunds

• 30 days from an initial purchase, by writing to oaica@sprapp.com. We do not ask why.
• A refund of a licence revokes it. Once it is revoked, a launch that depends on it stops; a machine still inside its 14-day trial falls back to the trial rather than locking out.
• A renewal follows the payment provider's terms. If a charge is wrong, tell us and we will sort it out with the provider — a dispute filed with the provider is not a faster route to us.

Acceptable use

The software does not phone home except to check a licence. Do not use the service, the keys or the site to break the law, to attack anyone, or to resell access without an agreement with us. Keys are personal to the buyer; sharing one beyond the seats purchased is a breach of the licence and we may revoke it.

Availability and change

We aim to keep the site, the licence validation and the update endpoints available, but this is a small operation and we do not promise uninterrupted service. A licence that cannot reach our server keeps working for a grace period (see the licence document); a licence with no declared term keeps working.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the sale of a licence or subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your own country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
